Payment is required at time of booking. I accept Venmo, PayPal, Cash or Check. Service will not be completed until payment is received.
If cancelling booking less than a week in advance: no refund. This includes all services.
If cancelling a walk last minute, walk credits will be given only in emergency. Payment is required for last minute cancellations.
*Unless in emergency, payment is required for cancelling within 24 hours. We do our best to get every client and pet into our schedule so please be considerate of our time and other owners and their pets! If you do not need that specific time slot please let us know as soon as possible so we can help another client and their animals!
*If we have to cancel or reschedule for any reason we will get you in contact with our other walkers/sitters and/or credit the amount to your account for a future walk/pet sitting!
For Holiday Bookings full payment is required to book.
No refund will be issued on Holiday Bookings.
For Holiday Bookings a $50 fee will be applied.
Holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th, New Years, Memorial Day & Labor Day. (subject to change)
