Booking & Refund Policy

Booking

Payment is required at time of booking. I accept Venmo, PayPal, Cash or Check. Service will not be completed until payment is received.


Cancellation Policy

-Please make sure you need the services you book. When you pay to book we no longer book other clients during that time frame.


-We do not refund services as our time is valuable so please make sure you need the dates requested before booking them.

-Clarification: This means if you decide to cancel/pickup your dog early there is no refund.

**We do our best to get every client and pet into our schedule so please be considerate of our time and other owners and their pets! If you do not need that specific time slot please let us know as soon as possible so we can help another client and their animals! 


Holiday Bookings

Holiday Pricing is applied during these holidays:

Holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day,  Easter/Weekend, Thanksgiving/Thanksgiving Weekend, July 4th Weekend,  New Years Eve & New Years Day, MLK weekend/day, Memorial Day/Weekend & Labor Day Weekend. Mother's Day & Weekend. 

Weekends are Friday-Sunday.
