Payment is required at time of booking. I accept Venmo, PayPal, Cash or Check. Service will not be completed until payment is received.
Boarding is $50 per date requested. If you book the 1st and the 2nd, this is $100 and covers both days. You are more than welcome to pick up your pup earlier on the last day- but we do not pro rate.
-Please make sure you need the services you book. When you pay to book we no longer book other clients during that time frame.
-We do not refund services as our time is valuable so please make sure you need the dates requested before booking them.
**We do our best to get every client and pet into our schedule so please be considerate of our time and other owners and their pets! If you do not need that specific time slot please let us know as soon as possible so we can help another client and their animals!
*If we have to cancel or reschedule for any reason we will get you in contact with our other walkers/sitters and/or refund/ credit the amount to your account for a future walk/pet sitting!
For Holiday Bookings full payment is required to book.
No refund will be issued on Holiday Bookings.
For Holiday Bookings a $50 fee will be applied.
Christmas & Thanksgiving one time fee of $100. (Includes the day before and after)
**For last minute holiday bookings (within a week) there will be a $50 last minute booking fee.
Holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving/Thanksgiving Weekend, July 4th Weekend, New Years Eve & New Years Day, Memorial Day & Labor Day Weekend
