Hi! We would love to have your dog stay with us!
Here are a couple of polices we have in place to make your dogs stay enjoyable for everyone!
Your dog must be friendly with other dogs. I have 3 friendly dogs.
Your dog must be up to date on all vaccines and flea & tick medicine. If not, please reach out to your vet to get this taken care of before your boarding.
We are requiring all dogs to be up to date on Rabies, Parvo Influenza, Bordetella & Flu. The Bordetella Vaccine and The Flu Vaccine are two separate vaccines!
-Dogs must be housetrained & crate trained.
-no marking, or accidents. If you are having issues with these things please reach out to Topline k9 solutions for more help.
-Dogs will be crated nightly and when I have to leave (1-6 hours). Due to safety issues, I do not leave dogs out unsupervised.
-Boarders get a ton of outdoor time and exercise! (Dependent on weather)
- If your dog has a ton of energy and likes to play, this may be the right fit for you! Dogs get up to 3 play sessions each day with other dogs depending on temperament and play style.
-Crate trained: What does crate trained mean? This means having no accidents in the crate, being able to comfortably go into a crate without anxiety and settle down. This also means no barking/whining while in the crate.
-For those clients needing help with separation anxiety, crate training, basic manners (sit, come, stay, down..etc) please reach out to:
1. ToplineK9Solutions: https://toplinek9solutions.com/
2. Symbio Dog Training:
Dogs with Separation Anxiety and that need a quiet environment will do better in their own home/environment where they are more comfortable. It is unfair to both your dog and myself to make them stay in an unfamiliar environment if they have Separation Anxiety.
Please check out our other services such as drop in petsitting- these may be a better fit for your dog and we would love to help out!
Please be mindful of our time! If you book specific dates and need to change the dates during the service we may not be able to accommodate last minute changes. If we have the availability to extend your dog's service you will be charged a last minute/late day fee on top of the service price.
- If you say you are coming to pick up your dog at a certain time, please be mindful of our time and be on time- we understand things happen however we are also trying to accommodate other clients and their time as well.
When Picking up & Dropping off at our home:
Our Pickup & Drop Off Times start at 9:00 am and end at 5 pm.
- Each day our pickup and dropoff availability varies within that time frame so please reach out to us to schedule your pickup and drop off time in advance!
-We need to know in advance within 24 hours what time within our pickup and drop off times for that day that you will be dropping off/picking up your pup!
-If you are late, we may charge a late fee. If it is past our 5:00 PM last pickup time you will have to wait until the following day to pickup your pup and will be charged a $50 extra day fee.
-Please stick to the time you agreed upon for pickup and drop off- if you arrive late or early we may be out caring for other clients and may not be able to accommodate your new time.
Owner is responsible for bringing dog food, leash (NON RETRACTABLE) & collar, any medications the dog may need, treats, any toys, blankets, & beds you want your dog to have. We have bowls we can provide but feel free to provide your own.
-Owner is responsible for filling out all boarding paperwork before the dates requested- this includes a copy of UP TO DATE vet records. If no paperwork/records are provided before boarding, we will be unable to complete service and there will be no refund provided.
